SHIPPING & RETURNS

Most orders placed Monday – Friday by 12pm noon PST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm or on a holiday will be processed the following business day. If an item is in-stock, it will ship within 24-48 hours, and will arrive according to the shipping method selected. Please note, all shipments will require a signature upon delivery. We are not able to ship to a Post Office Box. If an item is not in stock you will be notified via telephone or e-mail.

 

Standard ground shipping flat rate of $7.95 will be added to all orders within the Continental U.S.

Expedited shipping, locations within Hawaii, Puerto Rico or outside the United States will be quoted individually. Please contact us for rates customerservice@lylarenai.com

Tracking number and confirmation of shipping will be sent to the e-mail address you enter during checkout as soon as your purchase has been shipped.

We process all orders for shipment Monday through Friday during regular business hours. All orders placed Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed and are usually shipped the following business day.

SALES TAX & DUTIES

Sales tax will be added to prices displayed on all orders delivered within the state of California. Where applicable, customs duty will be added to purchase total at checkout. Customers are responsible for all non-customs related local taxes.

ALL Sale Items are FINAL no exchanges or credits will be issued.

RETURN POLICY

Sorry, no refunds. However, in the event you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise you purchased from Lyla Renai, you may ship the item(s) directly to us within 7-days from the receipt of goods and we will issue a credit toward future purchase or exchange for equal or greater value. Merchandise must have original tags intact, unused, in original condition, and is returned in the original packaging.

Within 5-business days upon receipt and inspection, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your desired exchange or Lyla Renai credit to be used toward future purchase.

A copy of your Order Confirmation or Packing List must be included in the box with the returned merchandise. Please indicate clearly what item(s) are being returned and whether you would like credit or an exchange for a different size and/or color.

We recommend that you use a reliable method such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail for the return shipment in order to ensure and track the return of your merchandise. We are not responsible if your shipment is lost in return transit.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning an item due to damage during shipment or an error on our part (incorrect size, color or item), please contact us for a return shipping label (customerservice@lylarenai.com) and we will pay for the return shipping.
